Located near Main Avenue in the city of Ashtabula, the IEN office shares space with one of Ashtabula County’s largest C.P.A. firms, Demshar-Eaton, C.P.A. Our Managing Partner, Bryce Heinbaugh has operated his practice from this location since late 2002.
Our staff at the firm is available for walk-ins most days, but calling ahead for an appointment is much appreciated. The national open enrollment for healthcare and Medicare are busy times during the year; however, our staff continues to welcome new clients and referrals any time of the year.
The city of Ashtabula itself is located at the mouth of the Ashtabula River on the coast of Lake Erie, one of the Great Lakes. The city became well known during the days of the Civil War as a destination on the Underground Railroad as slaves escaped their bondage in the South.
